The key thing, really, is to have structured to do lists, and an organised plan of action. This will help stop your head overloading with a whirlwind of worries and urgent tasks. Allow more time for various tasks and preparations than you think you'll need. It's stressful enough without suddenly finding yourself having to rush at the last minute.
