babelicious
I have had the most boring day today, it's been raining all day so I couldn't even cut the lawn. Has anyone else experienced the most boring day of the year so far? Please cheer me up!
Dozy
Well, I'll bet you're not stuck with a 96 year old ma-in-law who keeps moaning she's bored because she can't get out in the garden. And who keeps sending you out in the rain to feed the blasted birds! And a dog who's now curled up on the sofa, looking all droopy, and won't eat her tea, so I don't know if she's poorly or just sulking because of the rain. Yes - it has been a very boring day. TattyBear
I think it has been lovely to do nothing! We went to Tescos (which was madness!) but other than that we havent done anything. I have to cook big roast dinner for family tomorrow so there will be no rest for me then! I have just been curled up on the sofa with my partner watching films and TV! Lovely day! babelicious
Well no I will give ya that Dozy I haven't got an OAP moaning at me but I've got two kids moaning that they can't go out and play on the trampoline, my youngest has spent all day trying to wind my eldest up and my eldest has spent all day squealing at her AAARRRGGHH. The closest I got to excitement was an email from an old friend of mine! I don't think I can cope with kids being off school for two weeks unless the weather perks up! Swan_Vesta
Well, me and our lass arranged to meet up with two friends to see Pirates of The Caribbean at centertainment. Just as we were approaching the head of the massive queue a tannoy announcement stated that they were all booked up for the next two showings. We ended up having a drink in a bar before calling it off as a bad job.
