shoeshine
If so, why? I have yet to experience a pleasant aroma from these things. To me they are the Devil's work! If you use them, which "perfume" would you recommend? And what's wrong with a house smelling as though it's lived in rather than ponging like a down-market bordello (not that I've ever been in one, you understand, but I can use my imagination )? samc
My mother in-laws house has at least 2 of these in every room. Can't be healthy. Smells like a cheap knocking-shop.
sTaGeWaLkEr
Most of the plug-ins that I've ever bought smell vile. I've got a goodsphere - they're amazing! They not only freshen the room you're in like you've never known, but they also ionise it and dehumidify it too. When it's in my bedroom overnight, I wake up feeling refreshed and energised. Clicky here for details They're not cheap, but they really do make a difference. Plus, you can choose your own oils One of my biggest pet hates is houses that smell of chips and dog. (not that mine ever has either)
fox20thc
I'd rather open a window, don't like the idea of chemicals flying around the air unnecessarily
sTaGeWaLkEr
I'd rather open a window, don't like the idea of chemicals flying around the air unnecessarily They're not chemicals, they're essential oils mixed with water. They strip the air of all the pollutants and dust. Fantastic for allergy sufferers.
_Kirsty_
Nah, I got one that just sits on a shelf and 'puff's' out every so often. Only lasted 2 minutes Wont be buying one of those again!

sTaGeWaLkEr
£60 Ah, but sit in my lounge for an hour and then tell me you don't notice a difference!
Jabberwocky
I tried them but each time I raised my arms they slipped out of place. The deodorisers, not the arms. I am my own air freshener, and I use the word "Freshener" in the loosest terms. Twelve pounds of sprouts, a four hour wait, and I let off a "PUFF" of aromatic gas at 10 second intervals. Its hygenic too, because it kills 99% or all germs. And mammals. Reptiles. Insects. Arachnids. Fish. Aliens.
mojo1
I use incense sticks or oil burners, much nicer than a cr@ppy air freshener and they don't waste electricity.
