I am not blaming Liverpool for us going down ,we weren't good enough I know that,but if Liverpool needed 3 points to get into the CL 3rd or 4th slot would the team against Fulham been full strength.Same as Man Utd if they needed the 3 points to win the PL against West Ham would they have played so poorly I doubt it,the week before 2-0 down against Everton & go on to win 4-2 say's it all.

 

So, it's our fault for being able to relax earlier?

 

I can't believe this. If you'd reached safety with games to spare are you telling me Warnock would play his first XI and demand a performance? I really hope not....

I think you're deluded for thinking we relegated you! And I actually think this stems back to when we beat you in the league cup semi. Talk about sour grapes.

 

FYI - the reason Benitez has focused on the CL is because he has realised the squad isn't capable of challenging for the league at the minute, it's a sensible policy and has been rewarded.

 

Again, there are comparisons to be made with the Blades. Warnock disregarded the cups in favour of the league and that back fired.....
