Dozer 13 #9085 Posted April 17, 2019 Stacey48 -- hats off to you. Never been a smoker but had to change eating habits a lot due to health concerns (although haven't completely given up yet 🙂 ) Hope you've got a lot of support around you. It has to come from within, but friend/family can really help.
 Share this content via...

tzijlstra 11 #9094 Posted April 19, 2019 Started on eCugs last year, continued with both for six months and have been off cigs since October now. Smoked for over 25 years so well pleased. Will give up the eCig as well, but have to say that health benefits are already very noticeable. I didn’t want to switch as I felt it was from one bad to another, but now very pleased I did anyway. Guest makapaka #9095 Posted April 19, 2019 (edited) I stopped smoking 2 years ago today. i didn’t smoke too much but 5/10 day - more if I was out at weekends. But I’m nearly 40 and done that since I was 16. bought lozenges from Sainsbury’s and had them when I was out. We never smoked in house anyway - would go in garden- and if I had a beer at home would have a lozenge then. Wouldn’t touch a cig now for a golden pig - was worst thing I ever did. nowt against vapes but my Mrs stopped before me but she’s never off the vape now. Hopefully there won’t be any side effects we don’t know about - sure it can’t be worse than cigs though.
