Smaller ones would look nice the only thing I would think is you always use the full truckles so it's getting the different size variations of cheeses without doing any cutting on the edges or it looks 'chiselled' and spoils the effect.

You could find miniature ones for each table could end up costing rather more than one magnificent 4 tier one and a single tier normal cake.

I'm finding my clients are wanting something different more and more-not a copy of someone elses ideas.

the one at Sheffield united football club has been moved to 16th March, there is one at brooklands hotel , dodworth Barnsley 10-5pm sunday 17th feb. hope this helps
