Does anyone know what Spyro Fraud is?

Just wondering if anyone can advise me on what Spyro Fraud is? My computer was running really slow and kept freezing, so I took it back to PC World. They had a look at it and told me that it was a Spyro Fraud, can anyone explain what it is and how it would have got there?

Collywobs, are you sure that is the correct spelling, I have done a quick Google search but it turns up nothing.

Didn't PC World tell you what it was or how you might have got it?

If they didn't then their customer service must be pretty lousy!

Hmm… I think most people would advise not going to PC World for this (or anything else ). There's loads of excellent, free software to cover anti-virus and anti-spyware e.g. AVG and Spyware Terminator. I'm sure this has been covered ad nauseam on threads on this Forum.

as above, use spybot search and destroy and avg both free and excellent
