A landlord can put all their time and money into this place (which I know he did) but it'll never work when you've got the bigger companies that own the place constantly screwing over the landlords for their own gain.  Really has it closed they just done it up haven't they? how sad. I don't know the details but I know they were getting screwed about by Enterprise for a while.
