  1. 1. Do 50% of people have below average intelligence?

    • No, it's not true and it's cruel to say that 50% are below average.
    • Yes, 50% are as thick as a loaf of bread.

How times have changed over the years and we're supposed to be more enlightened these days so is everyone be entitled to be above average intelligence?

The poll stands at 88.57% of voters who think that 50% pf people are as thick as a loaf of bread.

I’d hazard a guess that almost 100% of people are more intelligent  than a load of bread.

Whether that makes them less thick than one, rather depends upon your definition of thick.

There is insufficient information to accurately answer the OP. What kind of average do you mean?

If we're talking Median, and <number_of_people> is EVEN, then exactly 50% of people are below average intelligence; if <number_of_people> is ODD, then ever so slightly less than 50% (for a population of 8 billion and 1, it would be 0.4999999999375%) would of people are below average intelligence, an equal percent would be above average intelligence, and exactly one person is bang on average intelligence.

For other kinds of average, who knows...

ALSO: How are you quantifying intelligence?

I would hazard a guess, only 49% are below average?
