Laminate flooring MEGATHREAD

Hi,

 

I am looking for recommendations for a Sheffield based tradesman who could supply and fit either laminate or wood flooring in our Kitchen & Utility Room. Their fitting service will need to include all finishing such as altering/replacing the skirting boards and bottom of the existing Kitchen units etc.

 

We just have lino down at the moment. We're not sure at this stage whether to have laminate or wood but would be open to advice on the pro's & con's of each.

 

If possible, we would like this doing in the next 4 weeks.

 

Any and all recommendations welcome. If anyone PM's me, please note that there are odd evenings where I cannot access a computer so don't panic if it takes me 48 hours to reply!
