maxwell1945 Â Â 10 #1 Posted April 4, 2007 I defraged my computer the other day and since I have been getting an error message which reads ;RTHm DCLP.exe illegal system DLL relocation. The system DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation accured because the DLLC.ocx occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLL's.The vender supplying this DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.; What is this all about and how can I fix it ,replies would be much appreciated, but not to technical please.regards Max
 Share this content via...

LL200 Â Â 10 #3 Posted April 5, 2007 after a bit of research, i think you've probably installed the infamous windows animated cursor patch, which causes problems with the Realtek HD Audio Control Panel. the patch in the above link will sort you out, hopefully
 Share this content via...
