Help me - how do I upload pictures?

Last week I posted on here about my cat being shot,and subsequently(sp),being put to sleep.

 

Since the sad events of last week,we have 2 new additions to the heed family,and I have pics to prove it.

 

Now I need help to put a link on here to show off Max and Paddy all the kind forum users whos kind words were agreat help to us all.
