I did it in 34 minutes A minute faster than last time I did it, and I didn't train for this one because of illness! Woooo!!

yes did it this a.m too in that delightful weather!! 27mins which was 10mins quicker than last year...must have been the weather that made me run faster!!!

I think it was the weather for me too, the rain was dreadful but It kept me cool! I'd still be running round now if the sun were shining!

Cant find a Rotherham Forum so hope you dont mind me asking on here. Can someone tell me the route of Rotherhams Race for Life. I cant do the Sheffield one as I`m on hols, so I`m doing the Rotherham one instead, but dont know the route at all. Can anyone enlighten me?

I have no idea about the route but I am doing the race for the first time this year. Im dreading it now that I have just seen it took 50 mins to power walk it.
