Window replacement around Shiregreen

Hi, does anyone know if they are replacing everyone's windows regardless of where you are on the "list" of works to be done? I'm sure I remember reading something like that on one of the newsletters we have had, and I've noticed alot being done recently quite close to where I live. I cant wait till they get round to do ours cos the ones we have are awful.
