Don't know about in Sheffield, but you can get them direct from Velux.

We got ours from John Lewis.

We do blinds that fit velux windows ... just PM me some of your details and I can give you a quote no problem at all.

We got ours from here http://www.newblinds.co.uk/ and were nearly half the price of Velux themselves and were original Velux blinds too! They delivered in 5 days free and were great!

 

I also have seen Velux blinds in B&Q at Darnall but they haven't got much of a choice.
