the best place to find breeders is at a championship show

 

that way you can assess different breeders' dogs in the same place, and speak to several different breeders at once

they have their own rescue club as well - most of the big breeders are the committee memebers.

i've rescued about 10 amongst the family over the years - and several people i know have used the breeders to get puppies.
