Most new things that come out of packaging usually smell but you don't tend to put them on your nose. That may be why you have noticed it more with the red noses.

dawn french mentioned why this was done. said they basically do a years worth of fundraising and the following year dispersing and overlooking the funds.

They do indeed. I got my boyfriend one and that was first thing he said - this stinks. I liked the stickers though and it's all in a good cause. To be fair, I bought it without ever intending to actually wear it.

Did anyone get a set of Walkears? Mine arrived on Friday, and I can't get them on ~ my ears aren't that big, so goodness knows what someone with larger ears would do.

Yeah they stink so much it put me off wearing mine. Chocolate was lovely though. Do comic relief alternate with Children in Need? Each of them two yearly?

The previous noses were very 'funky', but they really hurt my nose!

Dawn French probably thought it up so she could purchase them in bulk, scoff the chocolate and offset the cost against her tax bill.
