Just got a new monitor (cheers gabelracht). Problem is I don't have the right cable for it. In the back it has squar USb ports 2 normal usb ports and 4 that look like normal tv airal sockets. What sort of cable would I need for this. I have one of the square usb cables but it' picking the monitor up up on the system but saying unknown device.

Liam, it will work fine if you use the d sub input. Your graphics card must have such an output. I had it attatched to my computer for ages, and it recognised it first time. Didn't use in on the USB though. There are many different types of USB interfaces. Type A, B, C etc. The square on is a type B.

Medusa has a similar model from me. She had no problem.

What OS are you using? I have XP Pro SP2.

The ' aerial looking inputs ' are for individual RGB inputs. It is a high end piece of kit, but you will be lucky to find a card with those outputs.
