Fish & Chip Shops

Hi

 

can anybody recomend a very nice fish & Chip shop near the city centre that's open at tea time (6.00pm) onwards for people who call it lunch or dinner or any other name you may call it.

 

 

P.s 12.00 noon is DINNER time as we have Dinner ladies in schools hence the name dinner time :hihi:

Popeye's on West Street has nice fish and excellent chips. I don't know if it's open in the evening or not so this post is super awesome!!!

i know it is not near town and i am not sure if it is open at teatime but the best fish and chips i have ever had in sheffield and i have been here 43 years is the one at the side of littlewoods on attercliffe common

They were called dinner ladies after the evening meal served at convent schools. Lunch is midday, tea time is late afternoon (hence afternoon tea) and dinner is the evening meal. Although I wouldnt get too twitched about it, does it really matter? Unless the queen invites you for dinner..........

just to add.....its breakfast, dinner and tea. maybe supper if you're hungry. but not lunch!!

I know this is no where near town but greenhill chipshop has to be the best chipshop in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Ive had a fair bit of fish and chips in my time but ive never tasted anything like it!
