"Runtime library" error?

Hi

 

I keep getting the following grey pop-up box, what does it mean and what should I do?;-

 

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

 

Buffer Overrun detected!

 

Program:C:\WINDOWS\Explorer:EXE

 

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated."

 

I have run AVG, SpywareDoctor and NoAdware, but this keeps popping up after a while.:huh:
