randolf   10 #1 Posted February 1, 2007 I always swallow olive stones.  I've been told by friends that it could cause all kinds of problems from gallstones to an appendicitis.  I was told by a wizened, old, healthy-looking Romanian sage that I should eat them.  Who should I believe?
