I'd get the map out Paddy, because while you may have one or two valid points, you're sadly deluded on others.

You have a population of 68,000 (the wider Metropolitan Borough having 290,000). Sheffield's is 513,000.

And Sheffield University is highly regarded throughout the country. Correct on the race course though, although we're more known for our football. Both teams' crowds annihilate yours.

"Your (sic) a small town in Donny?"

Hardly.

Well Doncaster is one of the largest if not the largest area in South Yorkshire. is home to the oldest classic horse race in the world (That's the saint ledger) also has one of the largest runways in europe at DONCASTER AIRPOT. Also we have invested in a new community stadium, college/university, and interchange.

NOW..... sheffield?

Weres your famous horse race

Weres your AIRPORT

Youve gt 2 rubbish Universitys

Weres Your prison

You sheffield people must luv Doncaster.......Our Prison's full of u lot!!!

Conclusion: Your a small town in Donny!!

Oh come on, now you're just trolling/baiting the Sheffielders..

OK we don't have a horse racing stadium... We don't really need one IMO.

We do have an Airport.

Sheffield Uni and Sheffield Hallam Uni are NOT rubbish.

Prison?! OK I'll grant you that we probably could do with a nick for all teh bad 'uns.
