mrmist
I don't recall any specific date when I was involved in keying paper vouchers, but that could be because the overdue ones had already been rejected. If there is a time, I doubt that it would be less than 6 months.

Its a long time. My Dad had a large work bill for a 25 year service trip for a number of people - over £20k, and the hotel in Paris finally put the bill through about 10 months later. It will get picked up in an audit at some point.

Zaytsev
Why not give them a call or email them to remind them that they have not charged for the goods which you have received.
Andy
I believe they have 180 days to process the actual card transaction. However, you still owe them the money for six years, and they're entitled to ask you to pay by other methods, I believe.
fluffy&pink
I had a similar problem recently with Asda, i paid for some shopping (aboou a hundred quid) and they didnt take the money out of my account, so after about 5 months, i thought they werent going to take it, so i spent it, and then a couple of weeks they took it, making my account overdrawn. When i rang and asked the bank, they said they could take it within 6 months, so if i were you I would get in touch with your bank and see what they say, as i got charged for being over drawn
