fozzybronze
We used Ultima Kitchens in Kiverton....it was a nightmare from the moment we handed over the initial payment.
LibertyBell
MFI have extended their 20% extra off for "a few days". We weren't happy with the prices of their applicances though and they tried to add on 5 year cover for everything so keep an eye out. We are looking at appliance warehouse in Ecclesfield at the moment. very helpful staff ,free planning etc . My god its a stressful business and we haven't even got close to choosing yet!! Frenchie
We got our new kitchen from The Kitchen Appliance Warehouse, Green Lane, Ecclesfield. They were excellent from start to finish and not overly expensive either. The fitter, Dave, was a craftsman, not just a fitter. They all seemed to go that extra mile to please. Have recommended them to many and will continue to do so. Well worth a visit.
kev77
B&Q kitchens aren't bad for the price, but as a fitter i would go with wickes, and what ever you do DON'T have them fit your kitchen.
babychickens
we had a truly beautiful solid maply kitchen made for us and then fitted a couple of years ago, and it's absolutely marvellous, and the expense was really worth it - all the agents that recently valued our home said it would add way way more to the value of the house than we paid for it (they said 10k on the value of the house, we paid 4k aoubt 2.5 years ago). traditional furniture co., think their address is on penistone road. not cheap, but certainly not as expensive as some of the quotes we had. beautiful kitchen, made to measure, exactly what we wanted, fantastic joiners, they even left the kitchen clean. couldn't recommend more highly. and no, i dont work for them, know them personally, or take a commission. Longcol
We had ours done three years ago by Creative Interiors on Barber Road - worth every penny.
Zaytsev
B&Q kitchens aren't bad for the price, but as a fitter i would go with wickes, and what ever you do DON'T have them fit your kitchen. I would agree with that. Wickes are ok and seem to be able to deliver all the part unlike B&Q who alway have things missing. As kev77 says DO NOT have them fit your kitchen, they are way overpriced. Honeysuckle
I have heard very good comments about direct kitchens based at Greenhill I think, my workmate used them and he's very fussy but said they were fantastic for quality and price. (not to be muddled up with kitchens direct!)
