Ann*
What did you watch on Saturday mornings? I was a Swap Shop fan, and rarely watched Tiswas, although I used to watch the late night spin-off OTT.

pattricia
Tiswas of course. I didnt like any of the presenters in Swapshop(too old fashioned) Tiswas was more daring & mad. Mind you Tarrants turned out to be a dirty old man like you Jabbers !!

muddycoffee
I wasn't allowed to watch Tiswas as my parents found it far to vulgar. But I found Swap Shop Boring. I went to the Minor's Matinee at the ABC cinema instead with my friend across the road. 2p on the bus and 25p for 2 hours entertainment in a proper cinema, before 2p on the bus home. Why would anyone ever watch TV if they could do this ?
diggory comp
kids these days don't realise what they are missing. swap shop, tiswas, saturday banana, saturday superstore and going live were all excellent programmes. they were informative, educational and interactive. there is nothing on television these days that is anywhere near as good as these shows were.
