qwer12
JTF (If you can get your hands on a card) are doing a 42" plasma/LCD for £700 + VAT. Seems cheaper than anywhere else? You can get one by simply going down there and telling them you are purchasing it for business..not that I would do such a thing ofcourse
Rob_1
I had an email from Richer sounds today which had a Hitachi 42" HD ready plasma for £699.95 advertised. It's £100 more on the normal website but if you register as a VIP subscriber to the sales emails it's at the lower price.
Twiglet
I hear there were a few at the Harrods Xmas sale this year! Some lad got a £1500 tele for 50 quid! Might have been last year. Harrods used to do these mega reductions but aren't doing them this year to prevent people being injured in stampedes.

Zebra
I've been looking for a similar item (32") and found Dixons had a Goodmans at £400, Sainsburys have a similar at £500 and Woolies around £600. However, beware the cheaper brands like Technosonic and Techwood and all the other ones which have no reputation yet. I'm not saying Goodmans is great but at least we know the name. You can get a rubbish name for less than £400 but I wouldn't do that personally.
