fox20thc
I have just kissed my boys goodbye and wished them a merry christmas as they toddled off happily to spend Christmas with their father and his family. Does anyone else do the split christmas with their ex other half and what do you do to fill the huge gaping hole that is left with a house with no children in it? Bago
Maybe now you can have a serious cocktail party ? Call a few mates round who are celebrating it alone, and then booze the time away.

jwethers
aww fox .... use the time to throw a load of crappy toys away and make room for the lorry load that they've got to unwrap yet. ... then prepare for your own belated christmas with you'r boys ... in the meantime ... like Bago says ... have a blast and enjoy your free time. Moonbird
How horrible for you, my ex was useless he never took the kids for xmas or any other time, the one thing i'm actually glad about.... i don't know how i would have coped with that. I hope it all goes ok for you, have a good "grown up" christmas then have another lovely kiddy one when they get back, the best of both worlds

Titian
already on the agenda but the house seems really empty now:( and very very quiet. You're a brave woman admitting that on this forum! I suspect an influx of well wishers bearing gifts (of diamond white)
