Collect the keys from 2pm today!  And the first thing to go in will be the Christmas tree and the bubbly in the fridge - how am I meant to concentrate at work now!? I guess it was easier as we're first time buyers and the chain is only 2 (above us).  I'm gonna run around the house like a mad woman, yelling and laughing!  Damned work.
