Dark Moomin Posted December 20, 2006 Share Posted December 20, 2006 I'm afriad Kingdon is right, I've sold phone insurance from several providers, and its a standard cause. Its part of your responsibility in looking after the phone to report it lost or stolen to the police (who will give you a loss number and then have a ecord of the loss if it is handed in) and to your network/service provider to have the SIM blocked.
