steamnratbag
Hi. This might seem like a daft question but does anyone know a make of monitor that I can hook into my computer and a separate dvd player? not bothered about those tv & computer screens I've seen. Or can you just plug a dvd plyer into any old flat screen monitor. I'd also like to know if there is any where in sheffield that does moniter repairs. cheers:help:
Ghozer
If the monitor has a DVI input, and the DVD player has a DVI output, then your fine.. the alternative is go Large (20"+) CRT that has an RGB input, and take an RGB from the DVD player scart, or something... your other alternative (however the PC would nee to be on) is a TV Capture card in the PC You are best off buying TV/Monitors, as I dont think just a standard LCD monitor can be hooked to a DVD player, because of the refresh and pixels etc.. however you may be able to wire up a little converter and switch box to do the job, scan doublers etc...
