i've had no problems with mine whatsoever today - juat thought I'd share that with you all :banana:

 

it was only tv drive customers.....pikey vision wasn't affected:P

i was only making a suggestion.. due to my experience. dont no what a tvdrive is, but my telewest worked fine! and i did watch the x factor. it wasnt even to you so i cant understand why you were rude. :confused:

 

tvdrive is telewests sky plus.

Our telly has been playing up, the remote wouldn't work. we bought new batteries, still wouldnt work, then it righted itself!

 

The internet is v e r y s l o w as well!

Mine slowed down about 5 mins ago too but it seems fine again now...

Not if, like me, they've made the switch to digital we've all been encouraged to do and don't HAVE an aerial.....

In a couple of years they'll want to have whatever process for network configuration changes they have to be bulletproof, or they'll have more angry customers.

to fix all issues with the telewest digital tv box.

1.Unplug it for 10 seconds then plug it back in.

2. Change remote batteries

 

Do these 2 things and eveything will be fixed.

it'll do nothing, not when the network has gone down, nationally, as happened on saturday, which is what we are discussing.
