fabian9
Good morning everybody! I feel very little creative this morning, so I can't think of any stores that sell steering wheel locks.... does anybody know one? The only one I could come up with was B&Q, don't ask me why I thought they'd have some at a DIY store though! Thanks, Fabian

Paddy
Disklok are the best ones available. The one's shown at Argos don't look very good at all.
dizzy_chick
I brought mine in Halfords for about £50. Try and get the ones which cover the steering wheel as I think they are slightly better.

That is what my bro said when he was given one of these, till one night he seen someone try to get into his car trying to get the sterring wheel lock off without any luck that what put my step dad at ease to have one. I have know theives get into other family members cars with steering wheel locks that cost a lot more then these, so to be honest if they know how to get it off they will. SaxonLeigh
i had a disk lock on my fiesta a few years ago. i saw someone break in my car & take the thing off with a screwdriver. he didnt manage to start the car though because it was key coded. i didnt dare go out & say something at the time because i was on my own but my partner soon came from the pub straight away (1 minuit run away) & i phoned the police. i dont have a disk lock on my peugeot 306 but a mul-t-lock instead, its a u lock thing that goes round the gear stick & locks into a box thats attatched to the chassis. it was already fitted to the car when i bought it but i know halfords have started fitting these for about £200.
