I'm sure you'll enjoy, but seriously though, don't overlook Siam Inter on London Road for a visit sometime. It's a fraction cheaper than Baan Thai, really friendly and authentic and the food is fantastic; I say this as a chef myself!

Cannot agree more! Siam Inter is by far the best - it is not gimmicky (Bhan Thai style) but it is well decorated enough to feel like a special meal (The one at broomhill isn't IMO). The food is AMAZING and the staff are lovely. But I'm not a chef!

You don't need to be a chef to know that the food there is as good as it gets! I absolutely loved the little parrot carved from a carrot that they decorate the mixed starter platter with. It's touches like that that show you how much those guys care about what they do!
