boston Posted December 8, 2006 Share Posted December 8, 2006 Reading last nights Star i was shocked to see my kids school placed so badly within these tables, and i am now seriously worried as to the outcome of this and does this mean that the education they are recieving is now well below the national avaerage and expectations. According to the figures released last night this school is amongst the bottom 25% of Sheffield schools, which has really shocked me to discover. A school that is not doing great in the league tables ist not automatically a bad school. It may still provide a rounded and stimulating education for your child, especially at Junior level. Meanwhile, if you are worried, try reading with your children, play some maths games, visit the excellent new city museum.
