Guest alyssa
how can you miss the buildings with plastic cladding?!! Well quite easily apparently! There are many with powder coated steel cladding, or aluminium rainscreen cladding, but I can't think of any with plastic cladding, feel free to point some out. Ousetunes
I'm rather taken with the chemist on Glossop Road/West Street (Wheldrakes?). Brilliantly designed to have that 'come and bulldoze me' 1950s bad-city-planning look, to say it's less than a year old (okay, maybe two), it already has that scruffy stained appearance with its off-white tiles, ripe for a good puking over after a night down West Street. On the other hand, a few yards yonder, proof that you can get it right. I refer to the Sinclair building which I actually like (not that it's better than what it replaced but it never was going to be was it?).
