PuressenceUK
This is very interesting (even though I don't notice that much difference) http://uk.gamespot.com/features/6162742/index.html?sid=6162742&tag=topslot;title;2&om_act=convert&click=topslot First comparison of 2 same games side by side on both machines. Only comment I would make is they are so similar it makes you wonder why the hell the PS3 was in development for so much longer - just down to the Blu-Ray drive? Starvinmarv
It even says on most games they tested the xbox 360 has better graphics, i'm not interested at all in getting a PS3, i'm definitley buying an xbox 360 though, i think it's a great console and xbox live is wicked as well!! headup
You have to remember that developers have had 360 dev kits longer than they've had the PS3 equivalents. Furthermore, it'll take a while for devs to squeeze the available power out of PS3; coding for a 360 is 'simpler' as it can be seen as a modified Windows-based PC. PlayStation uses its own set of tools that require more specialized knowledge. It was like that with PS2 as well. Finally, when you have the Christmas selling period looming, you get the game out as soon as possible. It's the biggest time of year for games and a publisher's shareholders would be a little upset if they delayed a game to squeeze every ounce of power out of a system. Eric_Collins
yeh the 360 for now looks better, most shots on the 360 games have extra bits added. But like others said, it's still early days yet for the PS3 and like anything in life, compertition makes you push that bit harder. ________ Video Sex
