Is everyone in london utterly insane?

My bro lives in london, and I love going down for a couple of days, but that's it. It's too unfriendly and stressful (as a whole). When you get introduced to people down there, they're no different to us northerners, but very little general friendliness between strangers, that you get up here.

 

How can anyone slag off the tube system?, (ok, packed a lot of the time, and a bit hot in summer) but, the system as a whole is the work of human genius at its best. A large part of the older system was completed in 2 years!.

 

I've been to NYC, and I thought they would have a great underground, but compared to london, I would rate the Sheffield Super tram better than NYC's.
