By the way Johnny the RNB an Dance what you are refering is POP, it is a watered down version of these genres of music. Sheffield is definatly lacking a good radio station that represents Sheffield on the whole. Cant say much on the rock side as I am not into it but the demand for a serious dance / urban radio station is immense

Johnny_B
dj4321, i wasnt having a pop (no pun intended) at rnb or dance, just not my kind of thing, the watered or un watered down versions. Think on the whole a couple of radio stations aimed at specific genres could do imensly well in sheffield, there a lot down south (ok so some are pirate but still very good) so dont see why we dnt have them up here. Still with digital spreading coming along we could be recieving them soon enough.

Be it what ever genre of music. I was clearly stating that a lot of people that are into the dance scene and rnb would agree that the radio is ****e because there is nothing cutting edge or credible getting deserved airplay.
