swarm Posted December 5, 2006 Share Posted December 5, 2006 we will shortly be purchasing a pc for the house but are unsure which type of broadband to go for. baring in mind the pc will be downstairs and we would like to be able to get xbox live upstairs. any advice would be welcome. we want to make sure that the xbox live runs smoothly. dazh Posted December 5, 2006 Share Posted December 5, 2006 Telewest with a DSL wireless router and a wireless xbox adapter is a good option if you dont want wires around your house. A cheaper option would be have your internet connection put up stairs with Telewest and put the wireless router upstairs and connect the xbox via ethernet cable and buy a wireless card for computer.
