Kath1
We have had our homebuyers report back and one of the action points was to move the gas meter as in its present location it is against regulations. Does anybody know anything about this regulation, and how much it would cost to relocate a gas meter?
yorkiepudd
I would question that.... it may be against PRESENT regulations and if you had any work done then it would have to be chaged so it conforms, but if it met the regulations in force at the time it was put there, then that should be OK. Whatever, get a quote and use it as a bargaining toool to negotiate a new price..

Seconded - unless it was installed incorrectly in the first place
