The way i worked was to do pyramid sets eg week 1 do a weight that I could do 10 reps, week 2 a bigger weight for 5 reps, week 3 a bigger weight for 2 reps, week 4 a bigger weightso you could only squeeze one rep out. Then it waould start again. With this method I manage to increase my bench press by 60Kgs in a short space of time. Do the same with Dead Lifting and squatting shoulh have you moving up in no time. Also, Creatin is a good suppliment to take. Take it in a pure form by mixing it with water and a spoon of glucose powder. I wouldn't bother with these creatin suppliments that come with lots of other stuff, just try to take the pure kind if you can. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
