Anyone here been doing powerlifting a few years?

I did it for a while when I was younger.

The way i worked was to do pyramid sets eg week 1 do a weight that I could do 10 reps, week 2 a bigger weight for 5 reps, week 3 a bigger weight for 2 reps, week 4 a bigger weightso you could only squeeze one rep out. Then it waould start again. With this method I manage to increase my bench press by 60Kgs in a short space of time. Do the same with Dead Lifting and squatting shoulh have you moving up in no time.

 

Also, Creatin is a good suppliment to take. Take it in a pure form by mixing it with water and a spoon of glucose powder. I wouldn't bother with these creatin suppliments that come with lots of other stuff, just try to take the pure kind if you can.
