tinkabel
Isn't it illegal to have a monkey in this country? If it isn't please don't think the task of keeping a monkey is easy, my OH wanted one and we looked into it in great depth and they are very time-consuming animals and can turn nasty. My great-grandma had one long before i was born and it used to throw things at her if he didn't get his own way.

carpetviper
Dont get a monkey as they are not that good to keep and they are much better off in a zoo or the wild. What you could look into as an alternative is a skunk they have them now that do not have the scent gland and they are like having a dog crossed with a cat aparently they are great. Lotti
How on Earth did they breed them without scent glands?

Twiglet
How on Earth did they breed them without scent glands? Like Carpetviper says, they surgically remove them. It's like docking a dog's tail - totally unnatural.
