Jabberwocky
When you finally DO get to sleep do you have wierd dreams? I had something similar and they told me the nicotine levels were too high on the patch.

Jabberwocky
Then theres a good chance the patches are too strong for you. Are you seeing an anti smoking councillor or a doc as you quit?
pero12
hi, i tried quitting smoking twice, once with nicorette and then with nicquintin CQ. I did get headaches with nicorette and also really bad dreams/nightmares. I found nicquintin CQ better - even though you wear the patches at night aswell as in the day. I havent smoked for a year now.
Jabberwocky
After 5 weeks though they ought to be reducing the dosage anyway soon.

If you're not wanting to see the doctor, the pharmacist can probably advise what's causing this and how to avoid it.

Yeah but i was wondering if the op is with a stop smoking scheme, theyre usually best because the chemist decides on the best dosage and stuff like that.
