Avalon
Hi all Im chasing a parcel that should have been delivered yesterday. My supplier has given me the 13 digit recorded delivery number and suggested i call the nearest sorting office? The parcel is addressed to School, in Rotherham, so where would my nearest sorting office be? Anyone got the number? I really need this parcel for today! cgksheff
You can go on the Royal Mail website and track the parcel with your 13 digit code. It will tell you where they think it should be. Probably in a van.

dunney
Most delivery offices are only open until about lunchtime ,thats prob why no one will answer the phone.
Hanksy
Recorded will show No information until its been delivered. Recorded isnt next day delivery either!! You should have a card when the delivery is attemped and you will find the office to contact on there!
Avalon
I know that recorded isnt next day, but first class should be the day after. I have paid for a first class delivery and havent got it! It shouldnt take a full week to recieve a first class parcel!
Blade1983
i live in Swallownest / Aston which is classed as Rotherham & our sorting office is a Dinnington....... which is a complete pain because it's totally out of the way!
Guest
With recorded delivery it can take up to 15 working days for them to deliver your package regardless of wether you paid first or second class, the only way you can guarantee a delivery is with special delivery.
