We used http://www.phoenixphotography.co.uk/. Reasonably priced and we were able to get a dvd with all the photos taken during the day. He was very friendly but not bossy like some photographers can be.

Give family and friends a disposable camera each. Then i'm sure you will get loads of great photos. They then could be scanned to PC and put on to a DVD, may take a while but at least you will have a great selection.
