I think it looks pretty good.

 

The size is understandable when you remember it's a liquid cooled system, running nearly silently, with an internal PSU instead of an external brick + all the other goodies. It's only 1" bigger in every dimension than the 360. Then again it does have a convex curve instead of the 360 concave.

 

In the end, it's all relative.

 

 

I've just seen the inside of a PS3 and it's not liquid cooled, it has a huge copper/alloy heat pipe + fan headsink.

I find it so funny that people are argue to hard for either Sony or Xbox.

 

They both are great systems and both have their speciality games.

For that reason alone I will have a PS3 AND an Xbox 360 (as well as a Nitendo Wii).

 

Why swear allegance to just one brand? Really makes me chuckle (rich being the instigator every time )

yeh like me, i have a XboX, Gameboy SP+, Phillips CDi, Atari Lynx. Still love the Atari though 16bit games Hell yeh

I really wish Rich would stop taking the bait every time someone mentions the PS3.

 

I have an X-Box 360, love it and personally preferred the original to the PS2. For these reasons I will not be buying a PS3 (consumer choice in action).

 

I'm happy with that, and happy with people buying PS3's to. Just makes most 360 owners look like Sony hating morons when we're not!

Only reason I ask is having read that article I can call my American friend and ask him to bring me a PS3 before christmas if he can find one. Especially at the current conversion rate!
