Santa grottos?

I used to go to the one in the co-op in town when I was little. I remember we got in a sleigh and they had a rolling background that went on for a few minutes so you actually thought you were getting a sleigh ride to see santa. :P

that was the best bit of christmas for me when i was a kid the toy didnt matter but every year i'd look forward to the sleigh ride

 

if they still do this at the co-op then please take your children they will love it:thumbsup:

we must be about the same age, I remember the sleigh ride with the rolling scenery!! ... can't remember what presents I got though

me to i rememer the sleigh ride in the co-op i was talking about this the other day to my husband asking him if he remembered it ive just been on the council website about the grotto in the peace gardens its from sat 2nd december and costs £3.50 to visit him and get a present.
