stackmonkey Posted November 28, 2006 Share Posted November 28, 2006 title says it all. need something that is effectively 'plug and play' in order to help solve on-going problems with my net connection. I have an intermittent connection - it virtually only ever cuts off when windy and endless calls to their 'helpdesk' in india hasn't helped as they seem determined to blame my equipment, my wiring, my connection setting etc, anything but send an engineer out at their cost. the latest one is to ask if i've checked it with any other modem - no, i've only ever used the one bt supplied, so now i need to get one...
