GrahamY
It has been reported to me that someone on Newman Road is setting traps baited with poisoned food. Please keep your cats indoors whilst the RSPCA deal with it. One cat has been poisoned already, another is missing.

Anj1364
How cruel! I'm sure if the RSPCA find out who it is they will be dealt with throught the courts and hopefully receive at least a hefty fine.

TESTPASS
If people put poisons out on there propery but deny it being for cats then how can you prove other wise ? suppose they claim they are trying to get rid of rats or foxes ? How does the law stand on a domestic animal being able to stray on another persons property any how ? isnt it down to the owner to ensure that it doesnt happen? If I let my dog out and it fouls anywhere then I can get a £200 fine but if I had a cat it can do it where it wants ? is there different heath issues ? Why do people moan about dogs barking but cats screem and crying at night isnt an issue ? as you can see I am not a cat fan here, so please if you can enlighten me on any of the points above I would be greatful:thumbsup:
