Not All Landlords Are Bad...

Hi All

I just found this site and have spent the last few hours reading some horrible posts about terrible landlords and estate agents. As someone interested in investing in property in Sheffield, I find this so disappointing.

I'm not a fool, nor am I blind to the potential problems in letting property, but I want to gain a reputation as a good landlord, which will hopefully in the long term attract quality tenants. In return, I expect to offer above average properties with above average facilities.

Some might think I am crazy, but having seen some of the horror stories of tenants, estate agents etc, I think it is still possible to be a decent landlord, provide a quality service to tenants and still make money.

Surely that's just good business sense?
